Te Ranga
What an amazing adventure we had.
So grateful to be walking these ridges with our tamariki. It truly is a blessing. Another stretch of our maunga rangatira completed.

cross country 2017
Cross country day is here. I’m running my hardest. my lungs are screaming for air i’m feeling like a bomb about to explode.
My dad and friends are cheering me on.
The towering trees are swaying in the wind.
I can smell the sizzling sausages by the finish line.
The oozy mud is rushing down my legs and more sploshing on.
The corn stumps are CRACKING!! under my feet, the wind is smashing against my face.
The plane is right in front of me.
My ruru t-shirt is rapidly waving in the wind.
The grass looks like it is waving and cheering me on “hatu hatu hatu your so amazing” and that gives me a little boost the marshall is showing me the way and i start boosting even more.
That day was history but next year is a mystery.
